		<description>I didn&#039;t get near my quota of swimming in last Feb. I missed that. The water was too choppy.

I had almost quit swimming until I visited the island for the first time back in &#039;03. Now swimming is a big reason I go.

I have fond memories of our Buck Island swim last September. We were in the water for hours. I didn&#039;t realize it until I tried to walk. As you recall I busted my ass in exhaustion.</description>
